Repair FAQs

Do I have to pay for an inspection or diagnoses?

RA will inspect your vehicle at no change and provide you with a written estimate if a repair is needed.

Are the people working on my vehicle experienced?

All repairs are supervised by a well seasoned mechanic.

Do I qualify for free or reduced repairs?

All repair costs are discussed in private and in person with the vehicle owner after the vehicle has been evaluated. Each situation is different so we look at each repair on a case by case basis.

How do I qualify for free or reduced repairs?

Qualifications are on a personal basis with the vehicle owner. Will will discuss all options with you.

Is there a warranty on the repairs?

All repairs are warrantied to the parts manufacturer specifications/ labor for 30 days.

Are the parts new or used?

All parts are new unless otherwise noted. If new parts are not financially feasible for the vehicle owner, we may look at used parts.

Is there a charge to tow my vehicle?

RA will charge $50 for tows within Franklin County

How do you determine how long it will take for a repair?

Repair times are quoted via industry standard labor guides.
